BREDL and the EM-POWER! Project of  Communities for a Better Environment of California trained concerned citizens on how to conduct a Bucket Brigade in their neighborhoods. The Bucket Brigade workshops were held Oct. 29 - 31, 1999 in Wadesboro, NC.
