MARTHA AIN'T NO ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARD

On July 11, 2002 in Clemmons, NC, BREDL chapter Triad Environmental Action joined groups across the United States to protest Martha Stewart's use of vinyl in her Everyday product line.  Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a major source of the carcinogen dioxin.  The campaign aims to convince Martha Stewart to join companies like Nike, IKEA, and Victoria's Secret who have already pledged to stop using PVC.
